Vincera Foundation Board of Trustees Meeting, March 1, 2013
Vincera Foundation is proud to announce its second meeting of its newly elected Board of Trustees on Friday, May 1st at 8 a.m. The business of the day will be to review administrative progress on the legal, financial, service, governance systems and reporting to maximize the foundation’s impact and effectiveness. We will have a special presentation by Ann Marie O’Shea on Vincera Foundation’s move to the newly renovated facility that will house Vincera Institute at The Navy Yard. Heather McDanel, Executive Director of Students Run Philly Style, will report on our partnership, her organization and their upcoming Gener8tion Run, our lead sponsorship within The Navy Yard, and she will explore future possibilities for expanding this partnership with the Trustees.
