On November 3, Vincera hosted a pilot Professional Development Symposium. They brought together The Philadelphia School Athletic Office, Up2Us, and Black Women in Sports Foundation centered around the theme “The Power of Culture and Coach.”
The goal was to work with a cadre of administrators and top coaches in improving the athletic culture, skill development, preparation, and programs for Philadelphia School District students. They served and highlighted the career path of coach as essential in the sports based youth development process.
